First Lindsay, now it looks like Michael Lohan could be heading to jail

As Lindsay starts day 3 in jail it looks like her father could be joining her.

Lindsay’s estranged father, Michael, has been charged with 2nd degree harassment after allegations made by his fiancee, Kate Major, that he violently attacked her.

Major told police that he “shoved her over a chair” and “kicked her in the face“, and allegedly he said “I am going to go back to jail because I am going to kill you“

The arraignment has been set for August 18th, which is just after LiLo will be released from jail.

I wonder if she will turn up at the courthouse to support her dad??

The future isn’t bright for Lindsay Lohan, but it sure is orange!

As you read this, you should look around and appreciate the freedom and space surrounding you.

For Lindsay Lohan, at the moment all she has to look around at is her small prison cell. With the long bars preventing her from entering the world, and with no access to a towering wardrobe, she will have to make do with finding comfort in her orange jumpsuit.

Li-Lo was incarcerated yesterday and is only expected to be there for two weeks, but hopefully that will be enough time to straighten her out.

After pleading guilty in 2007 for driving under the influence and being in possession of cocaine, Lindsay was sentenced to three years of probation, which she struggled with, that is why she is now banged up.

Will Lindsay take a leaf out of Paris Hilton’s book and come out of this stronger and wiser, or is this the start of a downward spiral leading to more problems in the future????

Lindsay Lohan has joked about going to jail, but now the joke stops

This may be the last story that Lindsay can read about herself, as later today she will be ‘checking in‘ to a nice little prison cell.

Knowing her fate, Lindsay tried joking about the situation just a few hours ago:

“the only “bookings” that i’m familiar with are Disney Films, never thought that i’d be “booking” into Jail… eeeks”

Not the best joke!

Michael Lohan, the ‘dick’ dad, who Lindsay has vowed never to speak to again, has been defending Lindsay as she approaches her jail term:

“If my daughter goes 2 jail 2morrow.If I c anyone who used, enabled or leached off my daughter or family.i WILL name and expose you 4 who u r”

Not the best threat.

Lindsay Lohan does not want her ‘ex-father anywhere near’ her as she enters jail

Only a day until Lindsay Lohan checks into her not-so-luxury prison cell and Lindsay has told the world to keep her father away.

“I don’t want my ex-father anywhere near me no matter where I am. He is crazy and scares me.”

“I don’t want Michael Lohan Sr. anywhere near me, no matter where I am. I am in a great place and he only brings negativity in my world.”

I don’t think you will be in a great place tomorrow Lindsay…

Lindsay has a new lawyer, Robert Shapiro, but even this magical legal consultant ,who once represented OJ Simpson, will not be able  to keep Lindsay out of Jail.

Tomorrow we can look forward to Lindsay donning the orange prison garb as she starts her time in the slammer!

Could things get any worse for Lindsay Lohan?

Following her sentencing to 90 days in jail, rumours are circulating that she may be held in contempt of court.

While attending the hearing on Tuesday, LiLo was seen to be sporting a nail varnish containing a not so secret message.

Her fingernail was painted with the words ‘Fuck U‘.

Although this was hardly a clever choice, Papture’s legal team have confirmed that she can’t be held in contempt.

The question is, what are we going to do for entertainment while LiLo is locked up???

Lindsay Lohan’s downfall, what went wrong?

Last night Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail followed by compulsory 90 days in rehab.

But how did it get to this?

• 2005 – Dina and Michael Lohan separate
• 2006 – attends AA meeting
• Jan 2007 – admits herself to rehab
• May 2007 – arrested for DUI and enters rehab
• May 2007 – involved in a traffic accident and when the police searched her car cocaine was found. Lindsay was arrested for DUI and entered rehab
• May 2007 – completed rehab and agreed to wear a SCRAM bracelet (it monitors blood alcohol levels)
• July 2007 – DUI arrest followed by rehab; rehab was not completed
• July 2007 – refused a sobriety test and was taken to a police station where her blood alcohol level was found to be above the legal limit and cocaine was found in her pocket. She was booked with possession and given a DUI as well as driving with a suspended license.
• August 2007 – rehab
• August 2007 – pleaded guilty to charge brought in July 2007 and was sentenced to 1 day in prison, 10 days community service and 3 years probation
• November 2007 – spent 84 min in jail
• October 2009 – probation extended for an additional year due to several instances where she failed to attend court-ordered substance abuse treatment classes
• May 2010 – she missed her scheduled DUI progress report hearing due to having her passport stolen while at the Cannes Film Festival
• May 2010 – at the rescheduled hearing she was ordered to attend weekly alcohol education classes, wear a SCRAM bracelet, refrain from drinking and complete random weekly drug tests.
• July 2010 – sentenced to 30days in jail for reckless driving, 30 days in jail for the first DUI case, and 30 days in jail for the 2nd DUI case. Within 2 days from release from jail, Lindsay must report to probation and then complete a 90 days in-patient substance abuse programme.

Does this mean that she will finally get clean?

Is 90 days in prison enough?

Or do you agree with her father, Michael Lohan, that prison is not the answer and a much longer compulsory stay in rehab is the only solution?

As much as I hope this marks the end of Lindsay’s troubles and that she will finally get clean, I feel it is only the start…

Lindsay Lohan turned 24 this week and despite having to wear a SCRAM bracelet she was determined to party.

LiLo went to Voyeur restaurant in LA with Doug Reinhardt (Paris Hilton’s ex) and managed to upset the waitress. Apparently the waitress had a history with Doug and was jealous of Lindsay so decided to punch the actress in the face!

Lindsay tweeted: “A waitress just hit me – punched me for no reason.“

Lindsay Lohan starts brawling with her sister

Whilst not being allowed to drink, Lindsay Lohan is trying to keep (get) fit.

LiLo decided to train with sister Ali (in full view of the paps) at her home in Hollywood.

With boxing gloves on Lindsay gave a show for all who were present.

Lindsay chose to wear a tracksuit so we weren’t able to see her SCRAM bracelet which is stopping her from boozing.

Once the bracelet is off, I’m sure the boxing gloves will be coming off too!

Lindsay Lohan is kicked off Facebook

Lindsay Lohan is not a happy girl this morning after finding out that her Facebook account has been disabled.

“how can Facebook disable my REAL ACCOUNT Lindsay Lohan due to someone else HACKING into it a while ago and posting inappropriate things?”

After this complaint Lindsay slammed the Facebook giants:

“shouldn’t it be their fault for not having the proper security features? why do i have to lose my real account & name due to their mishaps?”

“or lack of care for their users privacy”

I think somebody has their SCRAM bracelet on too tight.

Lindsay also tweeted this message earlier:

“i shouldn’t feel so sore from working out!!!!!!!”

Lindsay Lohan makes a crazy Chanel request

After being sentenced to wearing a SCRAM bracelet (device to detect if you have taken drugs or alcohol), Lindsay Lohan has made a simple request.

“can CHANEL please help me out by getting me some stickers to put on my scram bracelet so that i can at least wear a chic dress?! maybe!? x”

Well at least Lindsay is embracing the bracelet!

…and just because she is a criminal alcoholic does NOT mean she can’t be a little bit GLAM.
