Would you like to sing with Robbie Williams? Well now you can…

It looks like 2010 is the year of Robbie Williams’ comeback, not only has he announced that he is re-joining Take That and that he has recorded some new tracks, but he is about to become a video game.

‘We Sing Robbie’ will be available exclusively for the Nintendo Wii and will include 25 tracks from Robbie’s back catalogue and all of his original videos.

Will it be a case of ‘Let me Entertain You‘ or, more likely, it will all ‘Come Undone‘.

Take That Official Statement

With Robbie Williams re-joining Take That, the world celebrates!

Here is what Robbie and the boys had to say about the matter:

“The rumours are true… Take That: the original line-up, have written and recorded a new album for release later this year.

“Following months of speculation Gary Barlow, Howard Donald, Jason Orange, Mark Owen and Robbie Williams confirmed they have been recording a new studio album as a five-piece, which they will release in November.

“It is the first time they’ve recorded a full album together since the release of their number one album ‘Nobody Else’, back in 1995.”

Robbie said:

“I get embarrassingly excited when the five of us are in a room. It feels like coming home.”

Mark Owen said:

“Getting the five of us to be in a room together, although always a dream, never actually seemed like becoming a reality.

“Now the reality of the five of us making a record together feels like a dream. It’s been an absolute delight spending time with Rob again. But I’m still a better footballer.”

Jason Orange said:

“‘Flippin’ brilliant, absolutely brilliant. I’m over the moon that Robbie’s back with us, however long it lasts. I just want to enjoy our time with him.

“Life is beautifully strange sometimes.”

Best news of the year so far????

I think so!

Robbie Williams to re-join Take That

Robbie Williams is expected to make an announcement at 6pm this evening stating that he is to re-join Take That.

Robbie left the group in 1995, and then Take That split a year later. But when Take That re-grouped as a four piece in 2005, the world have waited for Robbie to say that he will re-join.

Today is that day.

What do U think?

Will the ‘New’ Take That be better or worse than the last?

…..and also, will they be ‘Back For Good’???

Robbie Williams reveals new album, and yes the duet with Gary Barlow is coming!

Robbie Williams has revealed the album cover for his latest release, ‘In And Out Of Consciousness’.

The two disc album features his greatest hits from 1990 – 2010, and also includes a new duet with Gary Barlow entitled Shame.

Hit songs featured include, Rock DJ, Kids, She’s The One, Angels and many many more.

The album finishes with Everything Changes, which was Take That’s 4th single to hit Number 1 back in 1994.

Who feels old????

Take That to tour again!

It may seem like a long way away, but if you spent last summer seeing Take That’s amazing Circus tour then you know it’s worth the wait.

It is believed that Take That will take a residency at The City of Manchester Stadium in June 2011, and perhaps a World Tour afterwards.

The boys loved their tour last summer but thought it was too short, so who knows how long next summer’s tour could go on for.

…and please can we have Robbie back for next Summer!

Back together, but not back for good!

Robbie Williams is set to release a new duet which he has co-written with Gary Barlow.

‘Shame’ will be released on October 4th and will be the first time they have written together since 1995 when Williams left Take That.

Yesterday, Barlow came along to Old Trafford to watch Robbie take part in Soccer Aid.

Is this the start of something special?

Cough Take That Reunion cough cough!

Footballs coming home (again)!

It is the song we have all been waiting for…

…the 2010 version of 3 Lions featuring Robbie Williams and Russell Brand.

I’m not sure about the very high-pitched opera type singing during the chorus but it’s still a classic.

Let’s just hope England peform better in 2010 than they did the last two times the song was released in 1996 and 1998!

The song is available to download on iTunes

Russell Brand and Robbie Williams re-make ’3 Lions’

Finally a new World Cup song!

OK it’s not a new song, in fact it has been done twice before.

But there isn’t a better footy song that ’3 Lions’.

However this time, Russell Brand and Robbie Williams are on board!

Skinner and Baddiel, who released the smash hit in 1996, are also involved.

Brand told The Sun:

“I was embarrassed by how emotional I felt singing this song. I nearly cried. It took me back to Euro ’96 - Spice Boys, dentist’s chairs and Gazza’s last hurrah.”

“It’s the only good England song and I look forward to singing it as we crash out on penalties. Then I will be crying.”

Robbie Williams added:

“I’ve always been approached to write football songs but have always declined as I thought ’3 Lions; could never be beaten – so I am really happy to be part of this record. I am counting down the days until the start of the World Cup.”

So there you go, just like I said:

The moment that the Government is decided, World Cup fever is going to spread spread spread.

‘Come on Englanddddddddddd’

Girls Aloud surely won’t split?

As the rumours keep spreading, Sarah Harding makes a stand.

The pop star is trying her best to keep the Girls Aloud boat a floating.

Today she has come out and said that not only are they all getting on better than before, but the reason she is spending her ‘gap year’ away from the band acting in movies and TV is that she can’t imagine performing without ‘her girls’ alongside her.

On the other hand, Cheryl Cole is not so bothered.

However, it’s Nadine that we are to worry about. Out of all the girls is she going to be the Geri or Robbie and be the first to walk?
